is a requirement for all Importers and Exporters to register with PNG Customs as a measure to integrate with the Taxation Division of Internal Revenue Commission (IRC), ease in facilitating trade and cargo clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-raleway-font-family wp-elements-34ddf4f7a9fb0c60566461f94868136f\" style=\"color:#ff0000\"><strong>NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT IMAGES, OR HARD COPIES WHEN SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATION.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-raleway-font-family\">Please convert all documents into&nbsp;<strong>PDF format<\/strong>&nbsp;and forward to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:tin.registration@customs.gov.pg\">tin.registration@customs.gov.pg<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to register as any of the following, one must acquire the following before lodging with a local <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.customs.gov.pg\/index.php\/brokers\/our-licensed-customs-brokers-agents\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"284\">Customs Agent\/Broker<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Before submitting an application, you must adhere to the following:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff0101\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/mark> submit images as an application, these include:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DO NOT<\/mark> <\/strong>submit official documentation scanned via a <code>cam-scanner<\/code>, and\/or with a visible watermark on said documents \u2013 this also includes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submitting in official documents as taken as a regular picture and not scanned through a scan\/copy machine (showing signs of creasing\/folding\/view at different angles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f30000\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/mark> submit TIN certificates that do not clearly show the seal of authority and signature \u2013 validated by the IRC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fd0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/mark> submit blurry or unclear documents, IDs, certificates etc\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/mark> submit illegible hand-written application forms, statements, etc\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/mark> submit application forms (G26) that have been outdated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ALL INFORMATION submitted via application for registration MUST be clear, concise and
